Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

My first time at a Freddy's. I had the Double Bacon BBQ Burger. It was quite good... but not as BBQ-flavored as I thought it would be. Others in my group loved the chicken strips and we all liked the shoestring fries.

I went to Freddys and ordered my food I also send a complaint and never heard anything from you guys. Ordered for 3 people and ordered a key lime pie concrete well I got my food and waiting for my concrete and no one is making it to find out they ran out and the manager went to buy some and no one asked if we wanted something else and this was carry out. While I’m waiting my food is getting cold and the manager finally came back well there still not making it 20 minutes later after I received my food I finally got it. The manager didn’t even come and apology for it. Of course our food was cold had to heat it up didn’t taste good at all.

I 'll start out by saying the food was decent. my experiences was although far from that. Messed up our orders and as simple as it seems they didn 't know who got what even w it listed on our receipt. Next....while going to get ketchup for my fries i noticed the dispenser was empty. no biggie, but when I let the them know and their reply was when I have time I 'll get to it. in a negative voice. A bit thrown off by that response as other customers heard this too. This and with maybe 12-15 people total in the store. This was my first and last visit to this location.

These are fabulous burgers. The almost crunchy outer edges that go way outside the bun... yum! Shoestring fries... delish. For fast service dining this is the BEST burger around! (Oh, and the hot dogs are good, complimented by the toasted bun. And custard, yes custard... can't go wrong with any choice)

Burgers where better than their hot dogs. Not so sure “steak”burger is an accurate description, just a flat hamburger.
