Dairy Queen (treat) - Savage

The service was incredibly slow and our chicken tong basket had hardly any frits included. had we not been running late, we would have asked more.

Hamburger was heated up in micro not freshly made. Fries were old and cold. Chocolate shake was a scope of ice cream. No napkin no spoon for so called shake. Never again.

Order 2 burgers, 2 cheese curds, 3 sm Blizzards. Elapsed *drive-through* time 15 minutes!?! We waited 5 minutes behind the car in front of us at the window, paid, received our Blizzards (which should be THE LAST thing made because, HELLO, ice cream! , watched 5 employees stand in a circle and chat for 5 minutes, pulled forward to a secondary area and waited another 5 minutes. NOT going back there again.

Was not happy at this Dairy Queen. Teenagers that was supposed to be working, was playing and not paying attention to the order. My ice cream cup was messy and rubbed over, and was not wiped because the young lady did not pay attention to the request of order to be put into a cup, besides redoing the order over, she dumped it into a cup and place a top over it with it running over, but the young man that took my order, was pleasant and very well customer Service ready. You can see in his face that he was frustrated with the workers that was playing around and not paying much attention to the orders.

Store was clean and well staffed, plus the team members were helpful! They had lots of good deals and new products. We enjoyed the food and drinks we got. Glad we came!
