フィードバックを提供するI ordered door dash, I have never had an issue until last night, ordered 15 teriyaki wings,and a separate order of 10 teriyaki, well they were overcooked and dry there wasn't very much sauce on them, the other items i orderd were fine, wasn't very happy for the amount spent,
We were there when there was a promotion where we were to get 500 extra points, which we did not. I sent an email to customer service and was told I should have accepted the offer prior to ordering, which I had done. They have not responded to any further emails which is frustrating. We live minutes from this restaurant and are regular customers. One would think giving a patron 500 points would not be a bid deal to a company this size, especially when we spend at least $100 per visit with apps, dinners, and drinks.Update: thank you for the response. I originally sent the inquiry on the website as you are recommending. I will try a second time.Surprise!!!! no response. Again.
They never follow timings.Please avoid this location.
Horrible service, I am a limo driver and brought a bachelor party of 8 to thos place. I sat at the bar to order quick and get back to the vehicle like normal. Ordered 10 wings and a soda, first set of wing all cold. When I finally got my wing the group of 8 people already done eating. The guy next to me that sat down 15 min after me enjoying his meal. Manager was rubbing some giys chest at the end of the bar instead of helping staff. It was the worst run B-dubs I have ever seen and I frequent the B-Dybs restaurants 2-3 times a week.
Had 3 really bad experiences here for takeout and dine in. Will be skipping this location.
