Sandro's Family - Sault Ste. Marie

I went out with friends for lunch today and the meals were excellent. The butter tarts were also delicious.

The food and service were excellent, but we were unfortunately seated across from disruptive individuals.

Pizza was delicious, I ordered the deluxe large pizza. Price of it was 21$. I enjoyed it that night and leftovers for breakfast. The dough was light, tasty and toppings were plenty. Pleasant staff. I'd recommend over corporate pizza places, anytime.

It was our first time going to Sandros for breakfast. The beginning of our experience was decent. After being seated, we waited about 5 minutes to receive the menu. After getting our meal, our waitress never came back to our table. We were never asked if we wanted more coffee or how our food was. The food was pretty good but the service was absolutely terrible. After finishing our meals, we waited over 15 minutes for the bill. Our waitress passed our table but didn't come to check up on us or give us the bill. I had to walk up to the counter twice to a different waitress to ask for our bill. At first, she told me to return to my table and our waitress would come back. She never came. I went up again and she prompted us to go to the front counter instead. For the price and service we experienced, I would not recommend or return.
