The Boiler Room - Sault Ste. Marie

We had a wonderful evening at the mill. Our waitress, Kim, was fantastic, and we really appreciated her service. The food was exceptional, and we were so full that we couldn’t finish everything. I highly recommend the cheese curds (they're like mini mozzarella sticks), and the charcuterie pizza was delicious. Everything was just amazing!

Every moment was perfect! The service was exceptional... Everything we had was delicious... We enjoyed a lovely evening. Happy Anniversary to us!

I recently visited this restaurant in SSM during my week-long work trip. Located in an old paper factory, the area is bustling with several large restaurants, and this one really captured the vibrant atmosphere. I ordered the Boiler Room pizza (large) and wings with chipotle sauce. The flavor of the wood-fired oven really enhanced the richness of the ingredients in both the pizza and wings. The pizza featured classic marinara sauce and onions, making it quite iconic. The wings were served with a spicy sauce, a sweet grill sauce, and ranch dressing. I do wish there had been better sauce options, either for the wings or as sides. Overall, I would definitely return to try more items from the menu. The service was average, likely slowed down by a large group dining at the same time.

This place was absolutely amazing. Had the charcuterie pizza, which was full of taste and a stopper salad. The pastor, who was right at the point. Friendly service and fast service. Definitely will return if in the area. not disappointed.

It’s a great restaurant for large groups! I love that it’s in such a historic building and the overall atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the waiter and it improve our dining experience! One thing that I would warn you is to go with an empty stomach because they don’t mess around with portions. The 18” pizzas really are 18” and we had trouble finishing one large (18” and one regular (12” between three adults. We also got the fried cheese curds with delicious marinara sauce but I don’t think it made too much of a difference. I’m not complaining but just setting expectations. It was overall a great experience and would come back again for other pizzas!
