Jimmy John's - Sault Ste. Marie

This is my favorite sandwich shop in town! JJ makes the freshest, fastest subs and sandwiches in our county! The best part is the ride through! Oh, yeah, they deliver too.

Today was the first time I had my order screwed up, when going through the drive thru. When I got home, I found a totally different sandwich then what I had ordered (the one I ordered was also more expensive). The reason I'm giving them 5 stars, is because they went out of their way (including driving outside their normal range) to make it right for me. This was a one off thing, as they're usually speedy and accurate. Just wanted to give them some kudos.

I love this Jimmy Johns, they always give a nice amount of meat and veggies, they make me never want to stop coming back! Clean restaurant and very friendly customer service! One of my favorite places to go!

First time at Jimmy John's. Not bad! I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. Plenty of tomatoes not a lot of lettuce. Perfectly soft and moist. Could have used a bit of salt and pepper. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Love Jimmy John's, its consistently awesome, but I wish they'd adjust how much they charge for delivery. When you order 1 sub and end up paying $14 for it after a $2.50 delivery charge and then being expected to tip on top of that, its a little ridiculous...wont be doing that again.
