Milio's Sandwiches - SAUK CITY

Came from out of town and they were very generous and I highly recommend this place. Very friendly and great customer service!!

Short staffed and careless employees apparently. I never leave bad reviews... or reviews period. This milios in sauk has been going down hill, but the last straw is today when I put in an online delivery order. I waited for an hour and decided to call to make sure my order went through. The girl that answered said yes, they were just getting ready to make it (late) and it would be out when it can, I asked how she can guarantee it will be out since it was already way past the delivery time, even though i live 5 minutes from the store (I have a baby and can't leave right now). She didn't say anything, and I asked why they were just making subs for walk ins and nothing for delivery, and still nothing and then decided to hang up on me. This is disrespectful and just uncalled for all around. Sick of wating my money here honestly.

Great roast beef subs #10 is my favorite. Every Thursday my nite to cook.... thanx to the gm in sauk for making great subs and always making me feel welcome

The food was good. All of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. The staff were plain and miserable.

I do not recommend the delivery service. Twice now, I've waited almost 2 hours for my delivery. The most recent delivery, I called the store and she said it was on the way. It was 90 degrees out, and when it did finally arrive, the ice was melted and my sub was lukewarm.
