Good morning I took 3 rooms for a night of transit in this very well located hotel, with really nice decor and very pleasant and modern rooms. Check in a little long on arrival, apparently due to a software problem. But this morning clash. So I go to breakfast, I am addressed in a lively manner by the receptionist who asks me my room number. Your breakfast is not included so you must pay it first!! Eh ?? But you have my card as a guarantee!!! Sorry I'm the night man and you have to sort it out. So I decided not to have this breakfast with such lack of courtesy. In addition, this gentleman charged me once again even though my room was prepaid. The receptionist who arrived in the meantime just scanned the room card and processed the refund.
