Saskatoon Cora Breakfast and Lunch

The food was delicious. I had 2 eggs, 2 bacon, and 2 pancakes, while my friend had an empanada. The portions were generous and the dishes were colorful and beautifully presented. However, the highlight for me was our waitress, Harper. She was efficient but also attentive to our preferences. When I ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream, she remembered to give me extra whipped cream and sprinkled it with cinnamon on top. Harper was attentive when needed and gave us space when not. She even added well wishes to our bill at the end, which was a nice touch. These small details in service really made a difference and made me want to return to this restaurant. It's a great place for breakfast or lunch with friends. I highly recommend it.

We enjoy dining at this restaurant because everything is fantastic. However, the standout feature of this particular Cora location is the exceptional service provided by Hope. She is consistently our waitress and always goes above and beyond. Regardless of how much time has passed since our last visit, she never forgets our order. Make sure to request Hope every time you dine here!

Cora has a good rep. And good food. Until now. Ordered coffee, eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. My wife had a tuna melt. Coffee was so hot it was scalding. Almost like they have the brew setting or warming plate at 100c. Tasted burnt metallic. The eggs Benedict was mediocre. Egg was cooked as requested, salmon tasty, but hollandaise sauce was like whipped cream...nobody or flavour. The potatoes were par boiled and if they even touched the grill to add a touch of crispness, then it was like a quick kiss on the cheek goodbye. Tammy our waitress was very good though. Overpriced for what you get.

Breakfast was delicious and so fresh! The food looks and tastes even better than the pictures? Very comfortable seating and the kids had a great time coloring. We are a large family so the pricing was well worth it.
