Meg's Restaurant - Saskatoon

Eating was pretty good. many other people who are recreating here did not seem to have been happy with the service, but I do not agree. our waiter was easily available and was really pleasant. Eating was really good in considering other options for places that are open before midnight. a star that is taken off for the venue; the place seems a bit worn out and could use an upgrade. Apart from that, it was a good experience

I love megs! meg is great and knows us when we come in. the food is always delicious and comes quite fast as it is not a fast eating place. eating always tastes fresh and you can say that it is important to them. the only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the hours. it means they are open 24 and they were not open lately, so it is a real inconvenience, but a great tasty when we pass and they are open.

I ordered the delivery via skip. the food was good. it took 2 hours to get the food. two, all. according to the ski site, eating lasted 30-50 min, but if I actually went into the order, it showed estimated time from 50 to 80 minutes. I ordered at 12:20 a.m. and about 5 minutes later, they called me to be from bark meat I ordered two. So I canceled one and turned the other to mutton. then I didn't hear a long time, so I'll phone them at about 1:40. they said they had problems with the van and that they had to give it back. this is the part that makes me extremely upset. if such thing should happen, the right thing to do as a restaurant is to call the customer and see if they still want to order. I'm sure they wouldn't have told me if I didn't phone. I wondered how long this would take, they said 15 to 20 minutes. So I'll wait again. that food didn't come 25 minutes after the phone call, so I called her for the second time, and they said that eating was supposed to be here soon. that was at about 2:05 a.m. and eating did not come here until 2:23. I will never be put into a delivery order with them ever, but can go as eating was good. In summary, I am very disappointed by their customer service. I want to get in to see how their in-house service is.

If I left negative points. you're not going here at the end of a barnacht. I'll never do that again. they're lousy. they took my money and didn't deliver my order. on October 14th, 2016 at 11:10 am I sent an order via skip the dishes. I was recommended that the delivery time would be 12:20 at the latest. at 12:30 a.m. when my order had not arrived, I tried to reach the restaurant. Nobody answered the phone. I'll keep waiting. I finally reached someone in the restaurant just before 1:00 o'clock. they didn't know where my order was and said they were coming back to me. they called me back to say it was here in 10 minutes. I felt it was forgotten and that they just prepared it. at this point I canceled my order and the restaurant advised me that I would have to contact skip the dishes for a refund. low and to see when I had been connected to skip the dishes, I was advised that the restaurant had to agree to a refund. apparently the restaurant skip said they had tried a delivery and refused to pay me back. when I came back, they changed their history and said it was a successful delivery. By the way, it was a quiet night to house, so it's not like I was drunk and didn't hear the door. I'm waiting, no delivery was made. meg’s is therefore lügner and skip the dishes is no help. over $31.72

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered food on a Sunday. The food was ordered at 2:02AM. I called when I hadn't receivers my order in 2 HOURS. They assured me it was on its way. Another half hour passed and I called again asking where my food was and again they said it had already left and should be there in a few minutes. After it being 4:15AM I called very upset that I had not received my food. They assured me a refund would be given and my food would be delivered. It is now 5:30AM, the store is closed, and I still have not received my food. This place is ridiculous. I have never had to complain about service like this before. I am very upset with how unprofessional they work.
