SCARLET - Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon

We had an excellent dining experience at Scarlet Craft Kitchen. Each member of our group of 4 loved their meals so much that we kept wanting to try each other's dishes. The menu had so many enticing options that I couldn't make up my mind and changed my order 5 times. I will definitely be coming back for more.

Customer service in North America has been declining rapidly, but this hotel was a refreshing change. Despite being managed by Marriott, it stood out from other hotels we have stayed at recently, such as Hilton, which provided poor customer service and had rude staff. It was nice to see that this hotel still believes in delivering high-quality service to their guests. Our room was well-appointed with a great view and amenities. Although our stay was short and we were unable to use the pool, gym, and restaurants, the location was convenient, with downtown and many restaurants within walking distance. We would like to commend the General Manager, Management Team, and all the staff for their excellent training and service. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return whenever we are in town.

We had a wonderful time at Scarlett. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and satisfying.

Our meals were good and the service was excellent! I love the ambiance, it feels very cozy.

A very Nice Hotel. Prices are good right now due to Renovations and Construction in the hotel and area. Bed I had was awesome. Problem for me was there is no food,service or coffee except for vending machines after 10pm or 11pm on weekends until 630am. Also the Room I had didn’t have a Bathtub only shower!
