Halibut House Fish Chips - Sarnia

We had a wonderful server named Gosha. She was extremely personable, very funny and excellent at her job.. We hope that when we go back we have her as our server again. The food was delicious and it was nice to see that the old Wharf décor had not been changed.

I am delighted to share my experience at Halibut House Fish & Chips. After I returned my plate to the waiter for some adjustments, the owner, Mr. John, personally came to my table to ensure everything was satisfactory. It's clear that Mr. John genuinely cares about his customers and the presentation of his food, and his staff shares that commitment. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Halibut House.

The breakfast portions here are great for seniors. The service is quick, and the prices are excellent. My server, Brenda, is delightful to chat with!

We ordered takeout of three haddock and fries that were part of a Sunday/Monday special. The price was very reasonable, and the food was delicious. They also included a generous amount of condiments with our order, which was a nice touch. The staff was courteous, and our meal was ready on time. The only drawbacks were that some portions were thinner than others and the fries could have been cooked a bit longer. Overall, it was a positive experience, especially given the great price we paid.
