Kumushka - Saratov

The food is delicious. Due to the ongoing conflict, they've shifted from Ukrainian cuisine to Slavic cuisine. There's a wide selection of liqueurs. In my opinion, some of them are a bit too exotic for my taste. I didn't really like them.

The prices go up every six months, but they can't seem to manage the number of business lunches available each day. I often arrive before 4 PM only to be told that they’re sold out. It feels like I've wasted my time. The soup is often overly salty. Update: The soup situation seems to have improved, but the issue with the number of business lunches is still significant. There have even been times when they run out by 1 PM. You definitely can't count on getting lunch here in advance—only based on availability.

We've always loved this place—great food and friendly staff. However, after the renovation, it feels quite unwelcoming. The food is excellent, and the staff is wonderful, but the interior feels more like a cafeteria. Sorry to say.
