Mountain Winery - Saratoga

Beautiful views of Santa Clara County . Did some wine tasting, Jesse and Jamie were very helpful with our choices, they are very knowledgeable about the wines and the history of the winery.

Great winery, breathtaking views of the bay and lively outdoor spaces to enjoy wines. The winery is mostly famous for concerts in summer. The local wines are Chardonnay and Pinot which I would rate as average compared to other wines made locally in Cupertino, Los Gatos and Saratoga. Grab a table and a bottle of wine and find a table outside and spend a lazy afternoon. No outside food is allowed and we had only an option for a cheese plate or Charcuterie (both available in brown boxes). Overall, a great place to enjoy a sunny afternoon up on the mountain. Average wines and limited food should not be a reason not to visit this winery.

The Mountain Winery offers a perfect blend of fine wines, welcoming service, and stunning vistas. No need to trek all the way to Napa for a wine tasting experience, as this place provides it all at a more affordable price. Beautiful California views and a great place to watch a show. It’s pretty far up from Silicon Valley, so takes a while to get there. Well-run venue. Expensive, of course.
