The dough wasn't stretched properly, resulting in a crust that was less appealing than the toppings. It looked like a Little Caesars pizza, but it had zero flavor. It's such a shame, as this place used to be so much better. They really need to reconsider who they hire to run the shop. I won’t be returning. Good riddance.
After many years, it seems I may have just had my final meal at Primos. The prices have increased significantly, making it not worth it anymore, and the portions have shrunk dramatically. I ordered the veal Sorrento and ended up with plain breaded chicken and hardly any toppings. The prices are skyrocketing while the quality and quantity have plummeted. It’s time for me to find a new place to eat. I'm sorry to say goodbye. — Bill ODwyer
The food was tasty, but I had to wait over 30 minutes for a buffalo chicken wrap and potato wedges. When I finally got back to my place, I discovered that part of my order was missing. I paid nearly $20 for the buffalo chicken wrap and potato wedges, but I didn't even receive the potato wedges.
Walked in looking for slices. They had only very old looking specialty slices in the hard plastic display. After noticing several house Flys buzzing around them, I decided maybe it would be best to get a fresh 8 cut pizza. The pie i was sold cost $16.50 usd and end up being a 10 pan. It was supposed to feed my family but you can imagine the look on their face when dad came home with what appeared to be a personal pan sized pie. I went hungry that night, but did have a bite of my wifes. There won't be a next time, however, I should have looked in the box before leaving. That all being said, the pizza was godawful. The dough was was entirely too thick and made the sauce burn. Improper stretching of the dough yielded a crust that was less risen than the dressed part. Literally looked like a little Ceasars pizza, but had 0 flavor. Such a shame. This place used to be much better. They need to stop hiring these teenagers to run the shop. Lost another customer. Good riddance.
The pizza from this restaurant is usually quite good, but today was a completely different story. I ordered delivery for 1:38 PM, and when I hadn’t received my order by 1:55 PM, I called to check on it. They informed me that their driver had just left and would arrive shortly. I live only about seven minutes away from the restaurant. Finally, after waiting another 35 minutes, my pizza and wings arrived. Unfortunately, the pizza crust was rock-hard, and both the cheese and sauce were cold. It was evident that the food had been cooked nearly an hour prior! This is really disappointing, as I typically enjoy ordering from them. I’m afraid this will be my last time spending $40 on pizza and wings only to wait an hour and a half for them.
