Morrissey's - Saratoga Springs

We ate outside on the heated, plastic-enclosed, front porch area on a cold, rainy October day, and it was lovely! Sushi menu was excellent and the cocktail drinks were really good, albeit pricey at $14-$17 a drink. We enjoyed our experience and will be back.

My girlfriend and I last minute decided to go to dinner here having never been before. We were pleasantly surprised with the food, atmosphere, and the service. We started with the French cake sushi which was some of the best sushi I have had in my life. It is usually hit or miss when ordering sushi at a non-sushi restaurant, but this tasted fresh and amazing. Then I got shrimp and scallops for dinner and my girlfriend got a hanger steak frites. Both were cooked to perfection and we ate the entire thing. We were full but thought that we should try the deserts since everything else was so good. We got the lava cake and carrot cake in a jar. The presentation was amazing and so was the actual desert. Our server was named jasper and he provided excellent service and made sure we were satisfied with all parts of our meal. Some of the best food and service I have had in Saratoga my whole life and I am happy we decided to give it a try here! We will definitely be returning soon.

We came on a Saturday and they were busy and short staffed but we all know how things are now a days so if you want to eat then be patient! The food was so amazing, service was wonderful but our waitress Jen was the most beautiful person inside and out! Because of people like her we would have waited 2 hours if we had to! This place is always so amazing and the staff is so kind. We come every year and we always will!

The niagri was superb, white tuna and salmon. As was the blueberry acai mojito. The veal was a bit overcooked, but the seasoning and garnishes were perfection. Our bartender was swamped, but never lost his composure. (Even though he had to deal with a 'Karen ' or two... Would definitely recommend.

The bartenders were so personable and answered every question on a Friday afternoon. The bailey's ice cream was perfect. As was my cosmopolitan. We would definitely go back to try more specialty cocktails and menu items.
