I ordered curbside pickup and arrived early, so I was okay with waiting. I called to check on my order, and they assured me it would be out shortly. However, I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes before I decided to go inside to get my now cold pizza. They didn't want to bring it out to me, which was frustrating, especially since I would have preferred to stay in my car with my kids. To make matters worse, they messed up my order. If you do curbside pickup, you might want to go inside to ensure your food is hotter.

I love Mod Pizza, but my experience tonight was disappointing. I ordered a pizza that was completely drenched in balsamic vinegar—seriously, it felt like they poured an entire bottle on top. When I tried to have a slice, all I could taste was the balsamic. I ordered online and didn't check my pizza until I got home, only to find out it was also missing the arugula. Feeling let down, I sent a picture to a friend who works at a different location, and she told me to bring it back and show them. The box was soaked, and she said that was unacceptable. However, I didn't feel like driving 15 minutes back, so I decided to just throw it away. What a waste!

The thin crust pizza here is excellent! Make sure to try adding vinaigrette and hot honey (the spicy kind) for an extra kick—they pair well with nearly any pizza. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.
