Panera Bread - Sarasota

This is the worst experience I've ever had in terms of food, service, cleanliness, and overall environment. The company headquarters should definitely pay a visit, as the health department certainly will. I just wish they were a publicly traded company because I would short their stock and make a lot of money. Private equity investors should steer clear of this disaster.

I was really disappointed with the service! I ordered cheddar broccoli soup and waited for 30 minutes with a child, only to be told they were out of it. Really? Don’t they realize they should manage their inventory better if they have many orders for that dish? I ended up leaving with a screaming, hungry child. They could have at least offered a small snack for the child as an apology.

I had already had a hard day, so I ordered the delivery to lunch and once delivered my food, only to see today above that she had my half sandwich wrong an avocado truthahn blt instead of the frontega huhn with suppe. it says on the acknowledgement I ordered a pick-up two with frontega huhn and broccoli cheddar suppe, but only my luck I guess. I still haven't really got what I wanted. Otherwise, they have everything else right for drink and suppe at least

We often used pamera bred and we eat at many places, but this place is the worst. nothing similar with screen pictures, preparation style 2*. this place requires work.

Wanted to take my son for a nice breakfast. It was absolutely disgusting inside. My first clue should've been when there was black mold going up the icemaker machine and all over the soda machine. Surfaces and countertops are covered in dirt. It took over 18 minutes to make breakfast and when they did deliver it it was both burnt and cold at the same time.
