Opus Lounge Srq - Sarasota

Opus is a jewel in the golf gate section of sarasota. you eat is excellent. I had everything from a chopped salad to catch the day and steak. everything is fresh, very tasty and well prepared. her bar is also top notch and her service is also excellent. one must visit or live in the opposite!

Love the atmosphere here, but eating has gone downhill. prime rib, fat and overcooked. burger, boiled. NY strips that the waitress was claimed prime I can't imagine it was. Chicken pesto flatbread huh was diceed and so dried out, it wasn't edible. No one on our table would eat it and waitress didn't take it out of the bill. baklava cheesecake the cheesecake was ok, but in no way similar baklava. it had 5 six nuts around her. wish we loved this place because we need another nice restaurant in this opposite.

Great food. Burger, burrata, stuffed peppers and pork belly were great. Service was friendly but a little slow to get drinks and our orders in.
