We reserved a table for 7:45, but when we arrived, we were informed that dining had closed at 7 and the restaurant would be closing entirely by 8, so they wouldn't seat us. I couldn't understand why we should book a table through this app if this was the case. It was frustrating to be turned away when it was clearly their mistake. I was genuinely shocked by the whole experience.
