Metro Diner - Sarasota

I placed an order for delivery this morning and when it arrived, I realized that the pumpkin bread pudding was missing. I had already received a voicemail from Justin, the manager. I called him back and he apologized and promptly brought the missing item to my house. I was very impressed by the customer service. It was my first time eating there and I will definitely return. The food was delicious, the prices were fair, and it's clear that Justin runs the place efficiently and sets a good example. Happy Thanksgiving!

This was our first time dining at this restaurant and we were thoroughly impressed. Our server, Jessalyn, greeted us warmly and was incredibly pleasant. She had a genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant and was able to answer all of my husband's questions about the menu with knowledge and courtesy. Our food arrived promptly, with no mistakes, and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered a salad and my husband had a soup and sandwich, both of which came in generous portions. Jessalyn did an excellent job taking care of us. I would give her and the restaurant 5 stars!

This restaurant in Sarasota has the best breakfast burgers and eggs Benedict. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent.

Always love coming to Metro any time I'm in town! Food has always been spot-on and never lacking in flavor or consistency. I prefer their lunch options but that's solely to me not being a big breakfast guy, keep up the great work Metro!!!
