Firehouse Subs Bee Ridge - Sarasota

The food is consistently good and the service is fast, as expected from a typical fast food restaurant. They used to have an employee who would bring your sandwich to your table, but now they just call your name. If you’re sitting towards the back of the dining area, getting your order can be a challenge. Personally, I miss the old service style. Also, it tends to be quite smoky inside.

The trip thru in Firehouse takes longer than most, but it is because they usually need more time to prepare a better meal than most. I bought four subs, three were different and they all looked fantastic. A true Kodak moment. I've eaten there since they opened up and I'll keep doing this.

Pretty good parts. If you order hot sauces, make sure that you check your bag, but others than, not a bad place to get food

The food was good but the wait was so long. There were only 3 people inside and the drive thru was closed so it didn?t make sense why it took so long. They ladies working today were also rude to the gentleman working. I think he was new but they weren?t very nice. It was just a weird experience

This is BY FAR the SLOWEST firehouse in American history. I?ve been here 5+ times with my daughter and every single time it?s a 25+ minute wait for one singular sandwich. I truly don?t understand how it takes that long with NOT A SOUL in the dining room. I will never come back to this location again.
