Domino's Pizza - Sarasota

I love Domino's pizza! My son's friends came home from the skate park and starved! You helped me feed her quickly! I love ordering online. Order easily and efficiently! Thank you.

The service in this place is absolutely terrible. While I get that they train a new employee, the manager took the call and could not even take the order right. When I just told him how long I was, he'll wait for the phone. These dominos are not worth your time unless you like people who are less than qualified in service.

Pizza ordered for a friend of us, and my GPS gave me the wrong address. Called this place, they canceled the order that was wrong and explained the refund procedure. I put a second order to the right address. Not only was it delivered correctly, but the driver gave me a polite call to make sure the address was right! I was expecting to be charged for both orders. The manager could help me out of a mistake I had made. I will definitely order more Dominos in the future! Thanks to the Tuttle shop to make a embarrassing situation a successful end! I would recommend them to anyone who wants pizza: they are personal, respectful, friendly and accommodating! I appreciate how they were able to fix an error I made and get the order to the right address!

I frequent this restaurant often and the delivery drivers have started to recognize me! I usually place my orders close to closing time, and despite ordering almost daily, they consistently do a great job. They have only gotten my order wrong once. I always try something different, but I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed with their lava cakes - they are amazing! I have tried the thin crust hand-tossed and Brooklyn style pizzas, and my favorite so far has been the hand-tossed. Keep up the great work, and I will definitely continue to order from here!
