The Boston cream cupcake was so creative. Instead of having the custard inside, which could make the cake soggy, it apos;s sealed on top under the chocolate ganache. Brilliant delicious!

Cakes by Ron did an AMAZING job with my wedding cake. They recreated the complicated cake with painted oranges on it I dreamed, and the fondant even tasted great! We had Ron create the cake for our God-daughter's wedding shower. It was the most beautiful cake, and even more delicious. When my niece saw the cake, she cried. Thank you Ron for a beautiful piece of art!
