Bombón Mexican - Sarasota

This is not a suitable place to visit with children. Although my kids love Mexican food, I won’t be returning here with them. During our first visit, we found that despite asking for assistance, no one seemed willing to help us. The main restaurant was closed, leaving only the fast food section open, which would have been acceptable if there had been some kid-friendly food options available.

The best Mexican food in Sarasota! Our waitress provided excellent recommendations, and the chicharrones with guacamole were outstanding. The manager came to check on us and was enthusiastic about the new menu items, clearly passionate about the food. The dishes were authentic, featuring unique items we had never tried before. Food: 5/5.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant during our first visit! We will definitely be returning. Our waitress, Jessica "Poca," was incredibly friendly, and we followed all her recommendations, which did not let us down. Highly recommended! Food: 5/5

1st time here (at night), was referred here by someone for a good Latin place to go to on a Saturday. They weren 't wrong. Here 's my take; $15 door cover (everyone) $20 to park in front, $250 bottle charge for the 750ml. The pluses, all the servers (and other staff) we encountered were very friendly, but to me, the actual bottle service lacked. While they do bring you the bottle with the lights and flair, they don 't even open the bottle for you, nor make your (1st) drinks, when suggested to tip 20+ I 'd expect more, this again isn 't taking away from the ladies, it just wasn 't a service that was provided, we also were unable to order any drinks from our table and had to go back to the bar for (shots). The music (DJ) was good, but the sound system lacks badly. It 's either cranked up to loud and sounds distorted half the time, or the speakers are about to be blown. We nonetheless had a great time, and their tacos outside were tasty, but the birria was missing the most important ingredient... the birria sauce/ dip. We 'd definitely return here, and with some slight tweaks this place could easily be 5+ stars.?Parking: $20 to park in front

Had been here on a Tuesday afternoon. They have a good ambience. Food portions are generous. They were very short staffed it was just one lady running around handling the food preparation, serving, hostess all in one. Due to which we had to wait for our food nearly an hour. We hope they add more staffs.The beef with veggie stews was simple and delicious. However, I wished they added some carrots instead of just potatoes. The chorizo tacos were also very well flavored. The shrimp cocktail was good as well.We’ll return back but hopefully the wait time is less
