I encountered the rudest person I've ever met in a restaurant. They refused to accommodate a special request during lunchtime and provided the worst service imaginable. We ended up leaving.

The staff is incredibly friendly! I received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the food was delicious!

The worst Chinese food I ever had in my life, and possibly also the worst customer service. all I ordered was the sommeliersuppe and the fried sommes. the broth had zero taste... basic as yellow water tasted. the sommestons in the suppe had very little meat in them and sommenheit was seriously understated. on the other side, the fried sommes were so overcooked that I almost broke one tooth on one. Maybe that's the reason why the young woman on the theke couldn't see me in the eyes? she could not even be harassed to try to be pleasant, not even to welcome me when I came in and said hello.

I live in Saranac Lake. I will never EVER come back to this restaurant. After 5 attempts, food is Awful, not even close to what was ordered, hygiene is awful (watch them cook) , unbelievably rude, out of half the product, half the time. Let someone who wants to be a restauranteur succeed Skip this hell hole.
