Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I’ve been to this Zaxbys a handful of times to know that it stays pretty clean and decent. But this last time it was a mess. Trash was overflowing the cans, soda machine had no carbonation at all, left over trash on tables that people had eaten from, unswept floors, etc. The only thing decent looking was the bathroom. Place wasn't busy at all when I went so there’s no excuse as to why it was the way it was. To add on top of it all, the lady at the register got my order wrong and wasn’t even the one to fix it for me. Poor atmosphere, poor work ethic, poor customer service. I only give 3 starts because of the last few times I’ve been there it’s been fine. If not for that, I wouldn’t even give 1

Guess they were running low in sauce..? Food that tasted like it 's been under a heat lamp with barely any spicy Zak sauce with one tiny piece of bacon. Fries had that reheated taste to them. I ordered the new peach tea, and it 's just straight syrup in my cup.. definitely not a great location.

What’s next are you gonna hide the pickles under your tongue? EDIT: i just realized i ordered a club sandwich and got a chicken sandwich. do ya jobs!!!!

I absolutely love this location. The food is always on point and the customer service is always exceptional! Other fast food, restaurants need to take notes from these guys! You guys rock!

Food was way too early it was cold by the time we served it.65 Boxes 2 different lunch options NO LABELS. We had no idea what was in each box without opening the box, and opening the wrapper!Failed to send extra mayo mustard and it was even noted in all caps on the notes.GM just makes excuses ... said you have to ask for the labels and says it's ezcater's fault for the early arrival.Driver was paid over $100 and was clueless.TERRIBLE NEVER AGAIN.
