Steakhouse Os Galletos

We had the black Angus steak plate for two, which came with fries, black beans and rice with fruit on the side. While the beef was seasoned nicely, most pieces were extremely chewy and unedible. We ordered two drinks but they never arrived and we had to get up and ask someone and they had forgotten about it. I found it very odd that no one ever checked on us to see if we needed anything (like the refill we had to get up and ask for and the extra aioli we needed, also salt pepper that was not on the table). I would think that it is customary to check on your guests at least once or twice during our meal, but no one ever did, not once. Very disappointing. Will not return.

Almoço com a esposa. Espaço agradável, com boa música ambiente. Atendimento atento e simpático. Carne de elevada qualidade a preço razoável. Recomendo.

Não havia bebida não alcoólica, mas prometeram melhorar

The best steak I have had in a while, I come from the States too and this was great! Great food, service was on point, atmosphere was nice, and just a really good experience. I might have to come here a second time before I leave when I go back to the States.
