Iceberg Drive Inn Santaquin

I love Iceberg, any location is well worth a stop, great shakes and fresh food from the kitchen.

I went to grab some shakes to go, and unfortunately, they gave me the wrong ones, which seems to be a recurring problem. On top of that, the shakes were poorly mixed—most of it was just plain vanilla, while whole Oreos were sitting at the bottom. I've had issues with the food here before, and this will definitely be my last visit to this location.

I went there tonight to grab some shakes and fries. I waited in line for about 20 minutes, and the girl at the window didn’t even provide me with a total before I paid. Once I received my order, I ended up with cold fries and the wrong shake. I was really disappointed, and based on other recent reviews, it seems like this might be an ongoing issue with the current staff. They might want to consider hiring some new employees.

I was here the other day and waited a while in line but saw random people inside with a worker dancing and making videos and taking pictures near the register than after all that waiting they got my 2 shakes messed up so I didn’t even get to enjoy

I love icebergs milkshakes. But tonight we waited in a long line (which is okay) but I look over to see a worker making tiktoks with her friends I’m assuming. They also got our order wrong. Just need to be a little more
