Despite their reasonable pricing, you might expect their menu to be simpler compared to fancier places, but the reality is that it’s just as extensive, if not better. Everyone raved about the food! One of the standout moments was when we had ordered halibut. During our wedding, there was a hurricane in Mexico that made it impossible to source the cheaper halibut, and Brian personally reached out to ask if we could switch to salmon. I wasn’t keen on that option due to my dislike for salmon, so we tried to negotiate another mild white fish. Ultimately, Brian called back to let us know he would go ahead and order the more expensive Pacific halibut, exactly as we had originally requested. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. I can't recommend them highly enough—definitely consider hiring them for your event!

I can't express enough how amazing this catering company is and how delicious the food was. They catered our wedding for 210 people last year and did an incredible job with the Santa Maria style BBQ. For our honeymoon at Hollister Ranch, they even brought their mobile kitchen and made everything work perfectly, despite being in a remote location. Cindy and Brian were incredibly sweet and helpful, and they even managed to keep the bride calm on the big day! We absolutely love them and can't wait to have another party where they can cater for us again!
