Eat Sardegna - SANTA TERESA GALLURA

We were looking for a place to suit all our needs, and wishes. We stopped a lady on the streets, to ask for advice of good food. It turned out that the lady was the chef of Eat Sardegna, so she lead us there, and was so kind to fulfill all our wishes, even though they were not in the menu. The food was delicious.

Ordered a meal clearly marked for two people and guess what got charged double! Tried to get us lost in translation cheating is not a good approach!

We waited forever to be served but at least we were warned. The worst bit was our daugther who was served last, hoping to enjoy her carbonara. I was oily and extremely salty. After the wait we had to eat some anyway. We had to feed her takeway pizza to compensate. I am afraid it is a bit of a tourist trap. The pork was quite good and the lasagna very hood for our second daugther.

We found this restaurant and decided to go in. Not a lot of customers even though a Friday night. Wine and main course were good. Then ordered dessert. Aftet 1 1/2 hours it had not arrived so decided to ask for the bill. They still charged for desserts even though they were never served. We deducted the desserts left cash for balsnce and left. We had been in town for number of days and had found restaurants that were a lot better than this so we would say go elsewhere

This place is special. It's a pretty place, well laid out. The service was excellent. The food was the best of our trip. Fresh seafood, beautifully prepared, well served. I highly recommend it.
