Goatfeathers - SANTA ROSA BEACH

This was a wonderful find. We've passed by this place several times but had never taken the time to stop and eat. While it may not be the most visually appealing restaurant, the food is definitely some of the tastiest I've had. I recommend sticking to the fried options, which I found to be much better. I ordered the pecan-crusted fish, which lacked a bit of flavor, but the fried shrimp was outstanding. Additionally, the early bird specials offer a wide range of dishes, and everything we tried was fantastic. Don't just drive past this place—stop and give it a try. We're very glad we did!

I visited for the Oyster Mania happy hour at the bar and had a fantastic experience with Will the Bartender, who was incredibly attentive and provided great recommendations. We enjoyed happy hour drinks for just $5. My husband really loved the Bloody Mary he ordered. He also had a dozen raw oysters, which he said were incredibly fresh and delicious. I ordered a half-pound of steamed shrimp that was perfectly seasoned and quite large; they were excellent. We also shared a side of Wisconsin cheese curds, which were delicious.

I've been visiting Goatfeathers for over 20 years, and they've consistently provided excellent food and service. We dined there last week, and they once again exceeded our expectations. Patrick and his team did a fantastic job, and the friends we brought along for their first visit are now big fans.

I had my first experience at Goatfeathers and I was thoroughly impressed. The fresh-caught mahi mahi was fantastic, and the hushpuppies and parmesan new potatoes were absolutely delicious. I finished every bite! A big thank you to Kevin for the excellent service and enjoyable conversations throughout the evening. I will definitely be back!

Got fish chips special in monday for $16; they over charged me at $18. Fish was good but disappointed got overcharged
