Jack In The Box - Santa Rosa

I was disappointed when I had to wait for my food at the drive-thru, only to find that it was served cold. Despite living just a mile away, the food had lost its warmth. Additionally, I ordered one curly fry and one half-and-half but received a regular fry instead of the curly fry.

This restaurant is much better than the one on Sebastopol road and Dutton Ave. In fact, this location and the one in Santa Rosa are the best ones. Despite not being a fan of fast food, I really enjoy their breakfast croissants. I will not be returning to the one on the corner of Sebastopol road and Dutton Ave.

While in the area, we spontaneously decided to drop by this restaurant. The service was quick and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our order was accurate, but the overall experience was just okay.

This is got to be one of the worst restaurants I've ever been in. It's so dirty the people are rude. They don't say hi or acknowledge you or nothing. I would not come back here if the food was free.

The service is fast but at what cost????? there have been multiple times I 've been to this establishment and they forgot part of my order... missing a drink here or there or missing a large fry is somewhat annoying but when you charge me a large and give me a small and then say you heard me say a small and then get mad about it ...... I 'm done with this place and their horrible customer service and then ripping off the customer? if you need a charity just say so but don 't steal from your customers..... shame on you jack in the box
