フィードバックを提供するMy husband and I are plant-based eaters and love this place! Finally, a place was found to eat plant-based/vegan when we visit my mother! Years ago here for the breakfast buffet and my husband is begging to come back, but I couldn't remember the name.... He was finally able to bring back! Wishing best of luck as they play with their menu, but no other place like this one I know about in Santa Rosa!
Buffet style vegan food, all you can eat or single plates. The food was good, varied and for the most part gluten free. It's a nice place and the health food next door is a nice added bonus. I liked it, and I'd visit it again when I am in the area.
If you are looking for a place to grab a quick bite solo or coming with a large group Gaia 's doesn 't disappoint. They gladly accommodated our group of 18 with a hot, varied buffet with something for everyone in our group. The staff was pleasant and helpful, including the chef who came out of the kitchen to discuss ingredients and preparation with our curious group. The owners are hands on and strive to ensure you have a great experience. It is the go to place for vegans and vegetarians but there is plenty for anyone looking for healthy, clean food.
Always delicious vegetarian food, and an all you can eat cornucopia option from their buffet, means you 'll leave feeling good and nourished. I had the brunch which came with a mimosa and high quality tea (or French pressed coffee). Even the items you might think sound plain are full of flavor, and their selection of additional seasonings/toppings let you customize your meal and puts other restaurants to shame. They also now offer the impossible burger, which I 'm definitely going back to try next time. The only drawback on this visit was we had to wait for service because some new staff was still getting their bearings, and we reported wilted/old salad greens to the kitchen, which were promptly replaced.
Finding vegan and gluten-free options can be quite a challenge, but this restaurant offers both. The food not only looks appealing but also tastes fantastic. We visited on a weekday, so the buffet was only $12.00, which is definitely worth it. After more than a month of primarily eating meals we prepared ourselves at the hotel, this was a delightful change. We spent over an hour savoring the atmosphere and the delicious food. The buffet is all-you-can-eat, which is great, as it allows you to relax and truly appreciate the meal. The split pea soup was outstanding, and everything we tried was simply delicious!
