Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Santa Rosa

Their menu said they serve Pepsi but no, they only have coke. I thought I would get a Dr Peper instead, but the ice machine was broken. I wanted a Buster Bar and they did have those but when I opened the packet the hard chocolate on the outside was all cracked. Not that big of a deal but just sort of added to the negative impression.

I had a Reesie's cup blizzard and my wife had a chocolate shake it doesn't matter what Dairy Queen we have them out they are all good

This is disgusting. 2 of the shrimp from the basket had actually been deveined. I didn't even eat those. Very limited food in town and the standards here should be higher than this.

The girl running the drive thru needs to be fired!!! Apparently when you order she doesn't listen! I ordered a #1 with onion rings and got old fries! When we got to the window my husband asked for a side of ranch for my onion rings, apparently didn't hear onion rings again! And apparently people cooking food as well! Burger was cold! And the frys I didn't order as well! Putting this **** in the garbage where it belongs! Guess I'm out dinner and $20! This place gives Dairy Queen a bad name!

I give this place less than one star if I could! Horrible service. Messed up my wife's order refused to refund or re make. This place needs new management.
