This used to be the best ice cream shop in the world, but now it's just average. They don’t seem to take their menu seriously anymore. Classic flavors like Rocky Road are rarely available. In the past, they offered seasonal flavors and had some unique experimental options alongside the favorites. On the bright side, they do have a wider selection of vegan and dairy-free flavors now.

The service was pleasant, but the ice cream was just okay—not bad, but not excellent either. On a positive note, they do have gluten-free cones available.

They don't shy away from the toppings. Also they rotate a lot of their flavors. One thing I'd recommend is to ask to sample a lot of the flavors. The staff there don't mind, and they will give one nice recommendations. Through this process I found One flavor I didn't think I'd fall in love with is their cookies and cream. Typically the cookies in cookies and cream are soft, but the cookies in this have a nice crunch. Once you grab your ice cream then head on outside in the patio. They have heaters on and a nice bench area. Overall very chill vibe. Also don't worry much about parking, they have a nice space for the plaza!
