Fresh Brothers Pizza Santa Monica

Food is decent, but expect to be waiting for your pickup order for at least 30 minutes AFTER they say it’ll be ready. Has happened to me the last 3 times I’ve ordered, might have to find a different place for the future.

Called and guy on phone repeatedly offered some deals and then when attempting to confirm final order couldn’t figure it out. Ended up just ordering online, came in to pick up and was waiting cuz they were on phone with customer who’s order they messed up. Got home and opened pizzas to discover they also messed my order up. They were unwilling to cancel refund order or give discount, instead saying my only option was to come back to store to return incorrect order and pickup correct order. Very displeased and will not be returning despite being a year long customer.

Nothing special about the atmosphere but they keep a pretty clean place. The lunch special is awesome.... especially in santa monica. $11 after taxes for a personal pizza, a good fresh brothers salad and your drink of choice. I've seen a lot of turnover with staffing but everyone they hire seems to value customer service. This is the place for our Wednesday lunches.

Saw the sign for 9.99 lunch, which includes a personal size pizza, salad, and drink, and stopped in. Could possibly be the best 10 bucks I've spent in a while. My order didn't take forever, the staff was very pleasnt, and the pizza was great. I was soo full after. I had the veggie pizza and added pepperoni. Will definitely be back.
