Red Lobster - Santa Fe

Great culinary experience! we sat all in less than five minutes, the staff was all friendly, and eating was absolutely delicious! our server, lawrence, was excellent; he showed the perfect combination of attentiveness, professionalism and friendliness. next time we visit santa fe, we will definitely return.

Great service! the hostess sat us right away! the waitress was christina and she was very attentive and welcoming, eating came out immediately! will definitely come back here:

Caroline the manager was an absolute joy! she was very accommodating after an otherwise unpleasant experience! she is the epitome of how the customer service should look and I and my children appreciate it immensely!

The only reason I give at this point a fifth star is that lawrence who was the saving grace of the evening. eating was good, but the service and the positive attitude as well as the attention of the lawrence was phenomenal. if it had not been for lawrence professionalism and skills, during the meal and upselling, the whole evening would have been a wreck. the flip side is caroline. she is the biggest part for this whole restaurant when I entered while waiting for my party that she was illuminating and talking to a hired before another employee at check-in booth. she didn't stop or even walk away as I and other customers walked. I am very dissatisfied with the fact that this would be allowed by the top management to customer a person of the management staff, especially other employees, to put such a bad foot as well as in the representation of the retirement. I was a restaurant owner, in- and internationally, as well as a catering business and would never treat one of my employees like these before customers or other employees. if a manager wants to respect, he will not only be required, and the way they disregard the hired, and in opposition, while doing before the guests, the guests disregard this is very inappropriate for and inconscionable. caroline does not deserve the position she has with this company, especially the way she deals with the personal, because she cannot even handle herself properly. boo on you caroline

I believe our server was Laurence not sure if that was his name but he was awesome made entire family feel welcome and was courteous and polite food was awesome but some of other staff were grumpy and just seemed annoyed at being there that is why I gave 4 star for atmosphere but overall was a pleasant dinner outing.
