Stops to use the lady room and get an egg mcmuffin. ladies rooms and dining area were very clean and the customer service was fast.

This location couldn't get anything right. The menu screen said the total. The lady at the window tried charging me for the car behind me.Then the foolish kid that had three bags of food didn't know what was in the bags. Food wasn't even fresh and it wasn't a rush hour. It was 1045 AM! I got the incorrect order on top of the incorrect price at the window. You all need to quit and go back to school. Definitely not worth the pay you are getting. The job really is pretty simple. Look at the cameras, charge correctly and make sure you are handing out the right food.

I recently ordered from the drive through at this Santa Fe McDonald's location. The employee that took my order was friendly enough. My burger was hot and tasty but the line was pretty slow.

(as of march 2022) do not go here, spare yourself the frustraation and go down cerrillos a little bit. Every single time i make the mistake of choosing this more convenient location, they double charge us, or dont have the mobile order and then mysteriously they have it, the night crew is consistently rude and short tempered, things are constantly missing from orders, and whenever you try to ask the managers to fix antything, they are about as clueless as the dishwashers.

I went to this McDonald's this morning and they made me pay for the wrong order. I got my cash back moved to the second window and the man at the window forgot my smoothie. there was hair in my fries and the smoothie tastes like absolute trash. 10/10 would not recommend this McDonald's
