Fire Hops - Santa Fe

My fave SF stop ever. Brussel sprouts are an absolute must have. Beyond amazing. I've never had anything bad or even sub-par here. Staff is great (kitchen must be rockin because the food is absolutely great EVERY TIME).

Great staff, great beers that are in constant rotation. 90% on draft is all New Mexico local. The fact I could get a craft pint for $6-7 is amazing. I didn't eat but people were picking food up non-stop and the menu looked good. Advise swinging in for sure. Love it even more that it was a 2 min walk from the timeshare. Thank you! We came for a weekend away. Now we have enjoyed Santa Fe so much . Would highly recommend the trip out here. We loved it here . It’s small but they seem to make it work. The food was delicious. We ordered the ribs , fresh ceviche and the salad of the day which was kale in a vinaigrette. Every thing we tasted was amazing . Our server Ernie was attentive and always there to fill our drink orders. We would definitely recommend stopping in.

What a great experience! They have the all stars beers of New Mexico. We were greeted warmly at the bar. The hospitality and chill vibe was so relaxing. It’s nice to feel welcome and the beers were all so good. The brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had. If you’re trying to choose between this and chili line brewery, the choice is easy. Go to fire hops. It’s a win!

Stopped in Santa accommodation on the way to Pagosa Springs. Had dinner and drinks here and it was excellent!
