Mg Sushi - Santa Cruz

They are on the other side of the city of me, but they are my top 3 sushi places to eat in Santa Cruz. The 14 pieces sushi board, with 6 different fish and two half rolls an egg, mixed soup, and dessert comes to me. Great prices with fresh high quality sushi are good reasons to taste MG sushi. I have usually made my meals, but I gave them a call to let them know how I enjoyed eating there, and the cook and the people who work there are very nice and give me a healthy family like feeling.

My partner and I spent the night with food poisoning from this place. We usually cook our own meals, but we decided to order some sushi and have a nice date night. Unfortunately about 3 hours after eating our sushi we both had the same symptoms all night. It is lacking care to get food poisoning from a cook. Think twice before you order here. We're not coming back.

Great sushi, happy staff, could be a bit more time, but can't win any fight! In any case, the call for the order would recommend (not with the online ordering systems)

Sushi was good. Just wish they would have added napkins or utensils other than chop sticks. Especially for kid orders. I requested a small container of Siracha on the side and was told it Siracha is an additional charge(? . Hadnt experienced that before. All in all experience was good and sushi was good.
