Caffe Bene - Santa Cruz

This is a fantastic place to gather with friends and enjoy each other's company, all while being greeted by the friendly service of Ken. Our Rotary group meets here every week, and we absolutely love it. It's truly a local gem where you can share good times and great experiences. Make sure to plan a visit!

This café serves the best coffee in town, prepared with a stunning Italian espresso machine featuring beautiful copper accents. Their scones, biscotti, and croissants are delicious. Ken's eclectic music selection always perfectly matches the atmosphere, making it a wonderful spot to meet up with friends or simply enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee.

The friendly barista made a delicious Chai latte that my friend loved, and my coffee had a nice strong flavor. I'll definitely come back! It also seems to have a loyal customer base. *Cash only*

Best bagels in town. Buy my books at the local bookshops e.g. the literary Guillotine then come here to savor them. Love the owner and his great baristas.

Small, well lit coffee shop. 8-10 tables and two couches. Oldies at low volume on the sound system. Walls decorated with local art. Plenty of outlets. Free wifi with no password. Moderate selection of bagged teas. Chai is from the Santa Cruz Chai company concentrate: amazingly, not oversweetened, but too much ginger for my taste. Hot chocolate from powder, but real whip cream. Small set of unimpressive pastries. A few breakfast things.
