Cafe El Palomar - Santa Cruz

We visited this restaurant for lunch in Santa Cruz and enjoyed it so much that we returned for breakfast! They offer a wide variety of clearly labeled vegetarian and vegan options. Be sure to try the delicious homemade chips and salsa—it's so good we'd buy the salsa if they offered it for sale. I highly recommend the guacamole tacos, chicken fajitas, chilaquiles rojos, and the chicken breakfast scramble. The service was quick and friendly as well.

The top-shelf margarita, made with fresh lime and agave, is definitely worth the extra cost. The chips and salsa are the best I've ever had!

I absolutely loved it! The burrito was perfect, and the staff were wonderfully friendly. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Santa Cruz!

It was a nice Tuesday afternoon meal had by my wife and me. We are regular customers and enjoy every visit. We tend to avoid the place during happy hour. It can be loud. Other than those times, great meals and great views are to be had.

Food plentiful and tasty, the view on a clear day is fantastic. Managed to deal with food allergies.
