Wendy's - Santa Clarita

This morning I decided to try out their breakfast menu. I arrived approximately 7:02am, I waited for about 5 mins at the drive thru, yelling 'hello? and nobody answered.. So i went to carls jr next door instead and immediately I got the Big breakfast sandwich they offer there. It was quick and delicious

Went through the drive through, got handed a bag, then they waved me to back up to window again so they could recheck it. They said it was good, but when I got to my destination I found it was a child's meal, not what I ordered. I called and asked for a refund and was told I had to return to get one.... because I have nothing better to do on my day off than have to return to fix someone else's mistake. I am not pleased.

C'mon man. Let's go drive-thru staff...pay attention with people's orders! I ordered the $6 Biggie Bag w/ the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger on May 25, 2023 at around 1:20-1:30 pm. Y'all forgot my fries.

That said, if they had more confidence in their workflow, they would realize they already do a great job with speed and accuracy. I haven't had any issues with my orders so far. If they focused solely on preparing and bagging the food, they would still perform well. Overall, I rate this location a 3 out of 5 stars, but I’d be happy to revise that if I notice any improvements in the future. As for parking, the lot is shared with an office building, but there’s always ample parking available if you choose to dine inside.

Vegetarian options: They offer salads and wraps on their menu. Kid-friendliness: Definitely bring the kids along!
