Chungdam - Santa Clara

Excellent quality and service to match. Short rib dishes stood out with seafood pancake very close behind. Bimbap is a big Korean favorite for me and theirs was decent with plenty of nice ingredients. Everything that came to the table was quite enjoyable. Service was very attentive and knowledgeable with responsive recommendations. Not cheap but acceptable value for the price.

Compared to other Korean restaurants in the South bay, they provide excellent service.

The service here impresses me even more than the already excellent food.

Nicely decorated. Food is good but not great about 3.75 stars out of 5. BBQ quality was good but some side dishes and stew were not tasty. You have to ask for rice and ssam (lettuce to wrap meat) or they won't serve them. Pricey but similar to other bbq restaurants (dinner for 2 was $170 with tax and tip). First server was not friendly and looked as if she was not happy to be there. Second server was friendly and offered to help with grilling but only when we were almost done. Would go back.

5 Star service I would highly recommend family and friend.
