Taco Bell - Santa Barbara

This isn't authentic Mexican food; it's more like Taco Bell. Still, it's delicious! Please bring back the quesorito!

I'm glad to see that many people are sharing their experiences about how awful this Taco Bell is in Santa Barbara! They've gotten my order wrong so many times that DoorDash won't even issue a refund for their mistakes. If you can, I suggest going somewhere else!

I didn't receive half of my order, and the items I did get were disappointing. My five-layer burrito was mostly just sour cream. I paid extra for cheese on my Soft Taco Supreme, but barely got any, and the taco itself looked unappetizing. I remember reading another review that advised against ordering from this location, and I really wish I had heeded that warning and chosen a different place. The Chicken Chipotle Melt was excellent, though. I only received a $3 refund for the missing food, so I recommend saving yourself the trouble and ordering from somewhere else!

Yet again Taco Bell did not deliver salsas need for food asked for an appropriate amount for 3 people 3 orders and they sent only 5 salsas packets My door dasher had to grab them for me instead

This restaurant should prioritize in store orders over door dash/grub hub orders. Had probably 20 people waiting for their order while door dash orders sat on the shelf
