Joe's Cafe - Santa Barbara

The food was great, especially the scramble! The service was average. The coffee fresh with real cream for the coffee. Biscuits and gravy are ginormous!

Joe's is a Santa Barbara favorite. You'll always get a great meal at a fair price. I had the Prime Cafe Steak with mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and vegetables for $24.25. The clam chowder bowl was a very generous portion at $13.50. They have tables outside and it's very dog friendly.

Fantastic old-timey style eatery. Great food in a casual atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This is right between a 3 and 4 for me, but I am cheering for them and want it to be a solid 4 or 5. A warm and nostalgic interior with a jukebox. The food (lunch) was average (fries were over cooked and the sandwich a bit dry). Service was pretty good.

I have always loved joeys. Food and atmosphere like no other.
