Rakkan Ramen Santa Monica

Seetang salat and gyoza were great to start! the ambiente feels moderately dedicated to Japanese culture, which is always a plus. they might have been understaffed when I came, but the service was a little weak. the rarmen entree left a bit more to wish taste direction, but I really appreciate the mood in the device. I'll be back!

Sat here on Wednesday night for dinner and wanted to really like the place, but was not impressed. I have the garnet (miso sauce) and my partner got the quartz vegan (creamy sauce). each dish costs $16, which seems expensive and was by no means a larger than normal size, and adding an egg was $3,50, which seems excessive. the service was also quite slow (20 minutes to get food), but the 1 waiter and 1 cook did everything they could to serve the 6 groups present. help them! the food was in order, but nothing to write home. probably do not come back unless they hire additional employees.

So, I have a spicy pomegranate and a spicy fog-rays (can not remember what they were called) along with the children's menu pearl-rays and although the customer service was great, that was not eating. the broth was oily and the noodles had a rough texture, as well as the aftertaste. I have spent 70 dollars and of what we have, I don't think it's worth it

Phenomenal raben! Imagine my surprise when I recognized the 4-seat-Ramen-Shop I went to (two times in a trip in tokio opened here in santa monica. a deep, soul-rich shoyu (sojasoße) rhugging is nevertheless easy on the skin and somehow, despite the deep of the taste, completely vegan! shoyu is not a style we have seen here in California (many top spots are tonkotsu or even tsukemen specialists), but this is the style for which it is difficult to do. that is by far the best shoyu I had in the states. this is a jewel right at the rande of the precious stone of the tongva park and all LA-Ramenheads and those looking for a tasteful and healthier dish of the nudelsuppe should run over here.
