Peroni Pizza - Santa Ana

I ordered my pizza and waited for 15 minutes. However, when I arrived after 25 minutes, I still had to wait an additional 18 minutes for my pizza. I was left feeling unsatisfied.

My mother recommended this place to me, and I had a slice she saved for me, which was great. Today, I decided to buy another pizza, and the lady initially gave me a smaller portion. However, after I mentioned my experience, her attitude changed. I really hope that next time, she provides 100% customer service, as excellent customer service is just as important as having great pizza. It doesn’t help to have good pizza if the service isn't up to par.

Where do I begin? This place is fantastic! My family and I loved the pizza, which is far better than that of Pizza Hut, Domino's, and other chains. It's not greasy or packed with butter, which I really appreciate. The taste and texture are excellent, and the prices are reasonable—definitely a plus in today’s economy! The customer service was great; I always place my orders over the phone without any issues. I highly recommend this restaurant if you haven’t tried it yet! One more thing: I really appreciate that they showcase their pizzas, unlike many other places!

Love this pizza especially because it was near my work area where most of my time spent, but people I recommend, including my wife back with a bad experience was overloaded by staff, I try to explain to them that a pizza with three ingredients does not cost $20.43 or so, no matter what I said, I could not have my pizza three ingredients on one half and three ingredients on the other half at the right price. I just didn't recommend this place anymore. Now I have to go to the nearest pizza hut to get the right costs for the same product. So sad.

The flavor of these pizzas is really good, they use fresh products for the toppings. The crust (and bread in general) is pretty flavorless in comparison with the competition. The staff is friendly but not very well trained when it comes to using the cash register. For example, if you order 3 toppings in half the pizza and 3 different toppings in the other half, they will charge you for 6 toppings even though they're only using half the amount of each topping, which is a complete rip off. Their excuse is that the system doesn't let them charge for 3 toppings like all the other pizzas houses do in this case. However, if you order anything from the menu without much modifications the prices are reasonable. It's a good value for the price. Just try to avoid playing the half and half toppings game because you'll get frustrated trying to explain simple math.
