Amazing food, amazing experience!! We will be back!

We had the best time with our two kids at BJs. The service was fantastic, our kids were entertained coloring on their menus, the noise level was loud enough to drown out our kids raised voices but not so pound that we couldn’t have a conversation at a reasonable volume. Great food selection for all of us. We will definitely be back.

5 of us at the table. Most of the food brought out was slightly warm, like it had been sitting a while. The two orders of broccoli cheddar soup were NOT even warm enough to melt the cheese on top. Over priced for the quality and presentation of food! Our entire meal should have been comped, instead the manager thought it fair to take off an appetizer and give us 1 free scookie. Never retuning to this restraunt.

We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation time. We were informed that there would be a short wait of about 10 minutes because they were busy seating a large party of 30. Surprisingly, we were seated within 5 minutes and our group of 6 was attended by an excellent waitress. The food was exceptional, and we would definitely return to this restaurant.

While having lunch on the patio, the music was playing so loudly that simple conversation required repeating. Despite decent service and food, the overall experience was forgettable. It was our first time meeting our lunch guest, and we asked the hostess and server multiple times to lower the volume so we could enjoy our time together. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it. This was not a weekend night at a party pub, but a midday lunch on the patio. Neighboring diners also agreed that the music was too loud. It was disappointing that the management and BJ's national officers did not address this issue for a better dining experience. It seemed like an easily fixable mistake. The server, hostess, and BJ's as a whole failed to take action and provide a satisfactory resolution.
